Before you hike with us
Every guest completes a short safety form before their hike. It takes about three minutes. It tells your guide how fit you are, how you feel about heights, and who to call if something goes wrong — which is how we put the right people on the right route, at a pace that suits them.

Booked for a group? Each adult fills it in separately. For anyone under 18, a parent or guardian signs.
