Shipping Policy – Ruminate

Effective Date: 3 March 2026

Ruminate provides guided hiking experiences and outdoor activities. We do not sell or ship physical products.

Digital Booking Confirmation

After completing your booking, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A booking confirmation with your hike details

  • Meeting time and location information

Confirmation emails are typically sent within 5–15 minutes after payment.

If you do not receive confirmation, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Contact us at support@ruminate.co.za.


Tickets & Physical Materials

Ruminate does not issue physical tickets. Your confirmation email serves as proof of booking.

In some cases (e.g., cableway tickets or third-party activities), tickets may be issued electronically by the relevant provider.


Meeting & Collection

Hikes depart from the meeting point specified in your confirmation email.

If your booking includes pickup, details will be confirmed directly via email or WhatsApp prior to your scheduled hike.


Incorrect Contact Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that email and phone details are entered correctly at checkout.

Ruminate is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect contact details.
